  • These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions governing access to and use of Le Baroque Club website, as well as, where applicable, the terms and conditions governing reservations, table requests, registrations, and purchases made through the website. By using this website, the user acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCESS TO THE ESTABLISHMENT

  • Le Baroque Club reserves the right to deny admission in accordance with applicable law.
Admission to the venue is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age and older. A valid, official form of identification may be required at the door.
Possession of a ticket, reservation confirmation, or table reservation does not exempt you from complying with the venue’s rules regarding admission and conduct.
Any person exhibiting inappropriate or aggressive behavior, or behavior that may compromise the safety and comfort of other guests, may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.

3. Ticket Sales and Events

  • Tickets purchased for an event are valid only for the date and event specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified or the event is canceled, tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Le Baroque Club reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, or organization of an event when circumstances require it. In the event of a definitive cancellation of an event by Le Baroque Club, the applicable refund policy will be communicated to the affected customers.

4. tables booking

  • All table reservation requests are subject to availability and are not final until confirmed by Le Baroque Club. A deposit, prepayment, or minimum spend may be required to guarantee the reservation.
Specific terms and conditions regarding reservations, cancellations, and payment are provided to the customer upon confirmation.
In the event of a significant delay or no-show without prior notice, Le Baroque Club reserves the right to release the reserved table.

Any violent, threatening, discriminatory, or dangerous behavior is prohibited.
